Indian Head Massage was developed by Narendra Mehta, a blind masseur and osteopath. He grew up in India, where head massage was part of family routine and a service always included by hairdressers, known as Champissage. The treatment is especially beneficial for stimulating the circulation to the scalp and hair follicles, improving the condition of the hair, and also relaxing away tension from the head, neck, shoulders and back.
